For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been opened or used. Adult dolls are classified as personal items, and once unsealed, they cannot be resold or returned.

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
• After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.

We carefully inspect all products before shipping. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:

• Photos or videos of the damaged/defective area.
• Order number and details.

We will review the issue and, if confirmed, provide a replacement or partial refund depending on the severity of the damage.

If you receive the wrong product or an item is missing from your order, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you at no additional cost.
